Hello! My name is D.J. Jones, and I'm excited to be serving as UBank's DFW Market President! While I say I'm from Charleston, I've lived up and down the entire Southeast Coast because I'm the proud son of a mother and father who both served 20+ years in the military. In 2001, I moved to Texas to attend Stephen F. Austin University and have been in Texas ever since.

My banking career began in 2002 when I started working as a teller. Since then, I've worked in almost every position in Retail and Commercial banking. While I've held many positions at a variety of financial institutions throughout my career, what excites me most about UBank is how closely I align with their mission - "to give our much-loved customer the financial support they need to create lasting, positive impact on their lives and businesses." Because my own personal goals align with UBank's overarching mission, vision, and values, I'm able to serve our customers in a genuine, refreshingly-human way. Our Plano team shares the same perspective, which allows us to cultivate deep relationships with our customers.

My current focus is Commercial/Business Lending and Depository & Treasury Management Services for the DFW Metroplex.
