As of today, our new online and mobile banking platform, Configure Digital℠, is live. This upgrade brings a faster, more intuitive banking experience designed to make managing your finances easier than ever - whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go.

One Platform for Personal and Business Banking

One of the biggest improvements is that personal and business banking are now combined into a single digital platform. This means customers who manage both types of accounts can now access everything in one convenient place with one login.

Our goal with this upgrade was simple: create a banking experience that fits the way our customers actually live and work today.

The new platform introduces several improvements designed to make digital banking easier and more secure. Highlights include:

• A single login for personal and business accounts
• A brand-new UBank mobile banking app
• Improved navigation that makes it easier to find what you need
• Enhanced security features for greater protection
• Powerful tools to help manage your money anytime, anywhere

While the platform is new, many of the features you already rely on will still be there - just easier to access and use.

As part of this upgrade, we’ve launched a new UBank mobile banking app that allows both personal and business customers to manage their accounts from a single app.

If you’d rather go directly to the app store and download from there, please utiitize the following:

• Search “UBank” in your device’s app store
• Download the new app
• Log in using your existing username and password

If you previously used biometric login (such as Face ID or fingerprint), you’ll simply log in with your credentials the first time and then re-enable biometrics for future use.

A Few Things to Set Up Again

Most of your information has transferred automatically, but a few settings will need to be re-established after logging in. These may include:

• External transfer connections
• Card controls
• Personal Finance Manager tools
• Business customers may also need to recreate certain internal transfer templates.
